sorry im not an expert in first place. and honestly i don`t want to concern what you have next because you guys keep following footstep in getting in design. But im really curious how are you going to cover up so much of things you have said in this forum trying to get more people into your store. Sooner or later the bubble gonna burst. Im really curious how are you going to sweep your own mess. the things you have promise is definately cost more than what you are selling in store. Example the 7 seater you always advertise on paper at $3988.00 ? using full top grain leather from italy ?? You always mention that your sales person will always tell customers what they get , and always mention about your customers is smart enough to know who to believe, but i dare to say there are many of them who really purchase from your store don`t really know what they get when deliver. Even things happen, you will just say sorry for this and that and try to cover things up. Below is another example: 1. The most common one at least for him to put in is 100% cowhide leather. short and simple .. For this im not going to carry on ,very sure more of this case going to come and simply ~sorry~ cover up all. we leave it for consumer to judge.

LMAO .. you really a noob.. a hint for you. we use to use your supplier sofas, thats why i know whats your costing etc .. or you want me to copy your design and sell online ? Thats why i know your operation in and out . most of the design you have is not OEM design, just that Mr Alvin is a very hardworking boss, always on the move in Singapore market , getting the best design in singapore and ask malaysia to modifield it. I didnt say COPY ok lol.

Jeanius basically bring in sofas from 5 different factories.. 1 of them specialise in fabric sofa , so left with 4 leather sofas maker. 1 of them in italy the rest in China. I have been to one of his minor supplier factory too. Mr EL Factory in Malaysia . Been to 2 of their supplier factory.. if you ask me, sincerly no way can compare to the minor supplier factory of Mr Jeanius sofa maker. Lets not mention about his "branded" factory who OEM for europeans company. And Mr EL your sofa design can be seen in few others stores in singapore also. Mention about costing of your range of sofa cant escape my eyes also. As i mention before in your thread , your sofa price is consider reasonable only because i know what leather your factory provides you. But no way till the way you describe your leather as top notch leather. again no way

totally with samtheman . People whom like us been in this trade long enough knows exactly what he up to trying to turns and twist his words around . But we all know very sure what they selling in the pot. Anyway the prices they offer still consider reasonable (ONLY) , you pay for an apple you get an apple.. no such thing as you get a D24 durian for an apple price. Most consumer will fall into trap if they think they are really offering a top notch leather from italy at that kind of price ? Thats a joke !! If that the case we going to see many stores in singapore who sell italy products clsoing down very soon. To be fair we don`t aim at EL since he been trying very hard to solve and provide service for his company and his customers,(thumbs up for him) sometimes its consumer themself makes a simple purchase to be so difficult . Rules of furniture trade : You have a dollar , you get a dollars goods , don`t expect anything more .

its ok .. been there many times in the past , cant compareable with the chinese .. design , quality retail sales or export sales cant compare .. still the chinese.. Malaysian factory can duplicate design , but they cant come out new design ..and its definately too expensive to take from them.. why some singapore companies take from them due to they are small company and cant take quality goods from china as they need quanity. but of course malaysia sofa production is faster then china .. quality wise .. CHINA !!

You can have a laugh no problem with us ... and honestly Malaysia trade show im not into it .. but will be going on SEP for Dongguan and Shanhai trade fair. but i think Alvin Ong aka wu ta lang knows very well about his own furnitures and really compare to some big reputation factories in China where they OEM sofas for many Amercians Listed companies. No doubt EL have some very nice design sofas etc but as what Sam had mention , the things mention in your website not tally with what you have said here.. and always the case when somethings crop up , all u need to say is sorry sorry its a mistake.. how can you be a right hand man beside alvin makes mistake in your own sofa mech ?? cant believe it lol.. anyway that have been clear so its all good now.. by the way very nice website for EL .. but dont see website mention you have half leather

Your furnitures also from supplier no difference from others .. as for 2.45m 3 seater doesnt mean you guys do export , its just another copied design from some other companies. And i can say is due to labour cost and materials shortage , how can malaysia do export to european countries compare to china ??

Seems like EL not going to answer my question ?? the knowledge you have is very good. The way you put in words for forum reader is very good too . but how true is the thing you guys produce is really the same as what you deliver ? Teck funiture from malaysia provides and supply many furnitures and sofa to singapore market. their quailty and leather use i think most of furniture trade insider we all know about it. you guys keep saying your quailty is this good and that good, if that the case how can be a top notch full leather sofa sold at 1k-3k.? if sofa really at reasonable quailty the costing of the sofa is already close to that figure, and im saying only reasonable quailty not the top ones. just a piece of advice for all buyers . no flamming ..

Mr Executiveliving , to be very honest im very impress by the way you reply and answer in this reno forum. very professional thumbs up for you. but sincerely how real is those things you mention about leather and mech is use by EL ? im curious only no hard feelings.
