Just got my house painted by the contractor recommended by joemit (person whom started this thread). The contractor's name is Frank. I am putting up a recommendation again for him based on my good experience in engaging his painting services very recently. His quote was the most reasonable among 3 quotes I got from different contractors. He is very sincere and knowledgeable in his field and was very kind to offer suggestions on color scheme and other minor repair works around the house.
