Well.. survived thru our first audit... not much comments from Fengshui master which mean good bagus, no need to spend many $$$$ for reno 2nd step = find reno id

We managed to get the flat owner permission ... tmr fengshui audit... very nervous like going for an examination, butterflies fluttering in stomach hehehe

Resale, old old flat.. kitchen, toilet x 2 = A must = hack hack wall floor, change new bowl, sink , pipe, door Living area & bed rooms = Flooring only Pondering with ideas to hack the kitchen wall, and storeroom = depends on budget Electricity wiring all rooms and Plumbing works no need L shaped light or down light.. may need to change 3 x bedroom door with locks Carpentry = depends on my budget wah ... headache... by the way, any goodfengshui master to recommend?

just wonder and ponder, are your kitchen tiles easy to clean???? will dirts and crumbs seeded thru the tiles?? just curious...when i searching for home, i saw one home owner have these in his 2 bathrooms with small stones surrounded.
