Part 9: Wetwork done My id made an appt with me at my new place, surprising, wetwork done, 2 Toilets, kitchen flooring, partially tile. Common Toilet, weird and small toilet , what r the hdb ppl thinking 28yrs ago Master Toilet n Kitchen rubbish chute No living area nor bedroom, coz overlay! Lastly, when i looked out at the bedroom window i saw this What r the worker thinking, electric shock?!?! , asked my id to bring it in. My ID kept on remind me to get my electricity confirmed, laminating, toilet accessories, kitchen hob, lighting coz he is planning to hand over me by 15 dec 2011. It's going to be busy shopping , so is my $$$/CC busy swiped.

well.. maybe the neighbours are taking the opportunity to complain to MP due to they may not be happy with the lift upgrading, very dirty, as my place is also under LUP, noisy dirty noisy dusty I also understand, coz now i am also doing my reno, no hacking on my master bedroom wall & floor nor plastering coz overlay, only the master toilet hacked. However, my neighbour, next to my master bedroom wall, complained to HDB TO that her house wall cracked, my id told the TO we did not do any hacking in the master bedroom area what can her house wall (bdroom and storeroom) cracked. The TO say just do her a favour, what can we do? We went over to her house, true enough the master bedroom wall cracked, peel off, same as her storeroom. MY ID. out of goodwill, will be plastering for her FOC, actually the wall last painted was 8 - 10 years. anyway, sometimes it just happened. therefore, renovation not easy ah!

I understand your concerns.. It is the best that your id and the workers should do the cleaning now.. making sure nothing rubbish left in the public areas and clean up the area outside your house. This is to Be Prepared.

U can read the T-blogs in the forum, they always blog their estimated reno price.. With carpentry, the reno cost will be high

Nope i still need to pay the installation fee of 220 + another 75 (forgot what is it), however, since singtel is having 3 months free subscription (i pay monthly S$80 p/m) , it's waived 80x3 = 240 , so i need to fork out additional S$55 for the installation, better than i have to wait till March or April 2012 with the same price. If you planning to have one, better sign early coz the installation date for Dec2011 is limited.

Part 8: Open Net D' previous owner never invite them in for installation, therefore, i must pay!!!! Called the earliest date for installation = March or April 2012 Since , we plan to install fibre at home therefore went to Singtel and Starhub to ask for information, SingTel = having promo 3 months free but 24 months contract, so pay 21 months, provide service to pull the wire for us, service staff patient and friendly, able to answer our question, overall, satisfactory. Starhub = price rate is not bad, love to subscribe as i love to watch their cableTV program, however, service bad, hackcare attitude, not provide fibre service, not able to answer some of our queries, overall, forget it Signed with Singtel, however, earliest available date i chosen is 13 Dec 2011.

Story goes like this Bottom Pipe not Changed = not FOC + i must pay + for my sake as consumer + save $$$ + just paint the pipe + look new What can i say? Forget it , i thank him again and put down the phone. Case closed.

if under Kitchen & 2 Toilets packages should be under 15K depends on the ID who may throw in freebies as part of the package. If you want fancy layout or tiles, will be an add on cost.

1. it would be the best you consult the FS master before confirmed with your ID 2. you can ask the current owners'permission and their thoughts before arrange your audit I done my FS audit with their permissions and the tenants are at home.
