Bed frames I recommend Cellini at Furniture mall and Bedding Saloon at McPherson Road, look for Anjohn. Bedding Saloon has many bed frames modern but eventually I got from Cellini. For Lightings, try Lightz D Shop @ 271 Jalan Besar. They r not the cheapest, but its safe to get from there. They wont anyhow 'chop' u. "Cash for quality". I got my lights there. Within 2 hours got everything from there. Try not to act rich or show that u r rich there....LOL

TOWER COOLING FANS WITH TEMPERATURE SELECTION. For the above, they r available in most big retails. But I just cant feel its original effect as it is in a air conditioner area. Anyone got it? I want to know. 1) does it consume more electricity? 2) How is the wind power? Its like impossible to find a standing fan both decent in performance and looks. Those round industrial fans are good, but they cant rotate.

boy oh boy. u need lots of home work. U cant compare Ikea with Courts. Ikea mostly uses cheap materials thats y its cheaper. But for such materials they use....I personally wouldnt consider it cheap. Courts is the last place I will buy my furnitures from.

my colleague recommend it to me saying the lightings there r **** cheap. But didnt mention its quality. He bought all lightings from there. Been 2 mths now with no problems. But i highly suspect the quality.

I hope u r not right about me, I have been using it weekly for months now. Maybe I m a guy, the weight dont set me back. I think its good for me as I dont have to sweep and vacuum. Yes the maintenance a bit troublesome as u have to remove the filter and wash. For cleanliness freak, this machine is awesome.

I m currently using the OSIM iEcologi water system vacuum. Mopping and Sweeping can be ignored when u use the iEcologi. It uses hot steaming function to eliminate the dust mites and stains. I really feel the air freshness and cleanliness of my place after using it. Down side: The weight of the handles and effort in maintaining the machine.

littleones Most bigger n reputable ID firms like A&D, IDEAL HOUSE etc has their own crew of workers n factory to produce their carpentry. But for electrical mostly they get from outside. If what boonkhim said about the little difference in cost savings is accurate, then i would advice u to hire an ID firm. For hassle free and better organized renovations. If u r on a budget, do avoid Big Brand names like Ciseern, 1MAGE creat1ve or even *****.

boonkhim . . . . talking about trust. I am a victim of the word trust. If u search my postings regarding my bad experience with a big ID firm you will find out y) boonkhim is hiring both ID and contractor more expensive than hiring purely an ID firm?

If u really want a "wow" factor look like those in magazines, find an ID and let them take charge of all. (maybe electrical etc u can find from outside cheaper). But if u tend to hire an ID plus contractor, i dont know how much cheaper will it be cause u have to pay both sides. If u r on a tight budget yet wanting to go for design, maybe IDEAL HOUSE ID firm can help you.

As i said, cost savings. Idea house is cheaper. And they r always ready to throw in attractive free gift like aircons etc. My IMAGE ID free me some Chenal wood and a free kitchen glass door.
