I did not take photo of the metal door w the door will update with a photo of the metal gate later. I did the metal gate for $545 with interlock. Metal gate is about this pricing. But Yale Locks having a promotion, something like 799 for metal and wooden gate. Could check out with Andry at 97399066 to find out about the promotion. Otherwise could find interlock Melissa at 9680 4569 I got the samsung lock from Qoo10, $127 with self installation. it comes with 2 mini card keys and 2 sticker keys to unlock.

digital lock makes it really useful to open doors wo keys. our kitchen is by per sqft. As in 16ft for a lump sum. We had 17 sqft earlier on and it was deducted accordingly.

Yes, only $127 or $137 including shipping. performance is only for wooden door. have to drill it yourself with 32mm or 35mm driller. Its easy to use. Was considering to have digital lock for very long and finally after deciding having it, we have never regret installing it up till thus far. For metal gate i have purchase from interlock and have them to install as metal gate will require an additional lock box so that people from outside could not access the open/close button in the insidde behind the metal gate.

Yes, its a branding by evorich but its the same as vinyll, they just used a fancy name for it. Im glad that its over too. Glad that its a mis-communication only. I have yet to start decorating. Will be doing deco bit by bit. Thanks~ I hope i do not have such issues. but when friends comes, they thought our rooms were of different flooring. I guess vinyll aka HERF are pretty new and not alot ppl are aware of it.

Hi tarzan, thanks~ Mr K came over today and mentioned our house is still quite bare thus not much update. As for HERF, the flooring is still doing good, no popping or other issues. But we realised there was some hollow-ness when stepping on it. Esp when my dogs could walk on the wood tiles silently and walking on HERF noisily.

Everything have been resolve. It was just miscommunication. Yesterday we had some issues with the final quote as we took out the island counter due to space constraints that cost almost 2k out of the quote but it was included in the final invoice. Initially he refused to take it out but it have been resolve, there was some miscommunication as he did not refer to the quote yesterday and texted us a whole lot of "messages". Now all is good and he refer to the quote before meeting us tonight and automatically rectify his mis-quote. I would say that he was initially very rude on the messages and for not checking the quote and texted us a whole lot of "messages" but thumbs up for his honesty on removing the island counter thereafter. Eventually it was mis-communication and his failure to check on the quote before shooting us on the messages. ahhboi~ all i can say that the overall experience with him it still so far so good. There were some hiccups along the way. We let it slide just like how Mr K was straight honest on his mistake on the quote. Was really raging last night when when he retaliate on the quote but eventually it turns out that he did not check properly.

We purchase it from hommage, its for 699 if i rem correctly, or its $799. Its really comfortable, cashmere material. The price is $699 or $799. Its definately 100 bucks cheaper than lush lush one. I go pass Mr K and look for the carpenter directly. He will fix it for us. But he did mentioned that underneath is usually not with laminate. I would say that if it was other contractors or ID it might be worst. I accidentally found this when i was at the bar top. The dining bottom is suppose to be white according to the carpenter. But most of our carpentry's internal or beneath are laminated.

I only realised this when i was clearing the top and realised the bottom of the top seems to be of different material. And the sillicon is Mr K says he will fill the sillicon but the naked bottom of the top, he just told me its like this. We found this stain on the cement screed wall as well. Mr K says that it was due to touching up and the colour will be different. Eventually there is no solution to it.

We took Brandt that was bought a year ago as it has the most basic function of just having the timer. We do not need fancy modes only need timer thats why. For LG, its due to the DD motion. I agree too. Mr K says that the worker maybe forgot about it, as for the naked white part, he says its suppose to be like that. But weird thing is the internal part of the sliding cabinets in our MBR was covered with laminate and there NO laminate for a part at the kitchen which is visible. hmmmm... Will let hubby settle it with him.

Update Continues . . . . Found some defects but was told by Mr K that it suppose to be like that : Its dirty and cant rub it off and without laminate and according to Mr K its not suppose to be with laminate. hmmmm.. I guess its his logic again that "since it cant be seen it will not be covered" The other side : Not sure if the gap is suppose to be unfilled or half filled.

Staying in New house was awesome. Dining Table is still in a mess TV Console is still in a mess. Temporary 32" TV~ Furkids loving the new house and leaving their marks all over the house. First two day were good, they pee on the pee pan, thereafter, they start to Our New Clock : Washer and Dryer :

Update Continues : Found a clock for the living room : We aim this clock last week but did not purchase it as we wanted to look around for more. When we went back the clock was sold out and wanted to fall back to the other clock we were aiming : The second alternative was super big and huge. We almost got that if not for the buyer who came back to change for a different design that we manage to get our initial clock choice.

Hi Songz, The samsung fridge i got it from my friend who was working at one of the big electronic stores and he got for us a a staff rate. In fact below that the retail price as the distributor who quoted him for the fridge made a mistake at the price and quoted us at $1090. But could not retract the price as official quotation have been issued. Its a real steal price. However, i found Jerome who was selling the same model as 100 bucks more which is pretty cheap also.

Day 94 Last Saturday was the completion of our renovation. Was super busy during the weekend to take any photos. Mr K's painter repainted it the gate for us on sat and it was in alot better condition. Was super busy during the weekend moving that i dont have time to take photos for updates. Home is in a mess and more mess. will update more photos to share. Everyone came all notice our gate and mentioned wow~ especially on the gold numbers. Mr K got his carpenter to come try to fix lock onto our common bathroom. There is no official handover from MR K, we call it handover as we need to move in by sunday so told mr K that we need to move in by sun thus he have to get ready by saturday. Mr K did not overpromised that it could be handover but thankfully it was successfully handover on sat and we change our lock on sat night so that we could do pray first thing in the morning on sun. From what i heard from Mr k, after last general washing it will be consider handover, as before the general cleaning Mr K will do general inspection to make sure all it well before asking the cleaning ppl to come. Cleaning was done on Thurs/Friday and the week before we already started moving boxes into one of our rooms as we have too many things already. After handover, we shifted all our things over. Yesterday we started staying in our new home. Everything was great and busy moving our boxes of stuffs since last saturday. We were really glad that we have some great friends to help us move our stuffs and we manage to move all our barang barangs on one Single Day. Considering that we have lots of barang barangs. Was super amazed that my WIW was fill up with our clothes. Time to clear some clothes before CNY. Our house was in a mess when everything was moved in. We did not have time to take any photos. Was busy unpacking and unpacking. We finally get to cook our first meal. Beehoon was the easiest to cook with all the ingredients plonk in it. We used the wok and cook a small portion just enough for us. Image was taken by hubby, he is not good with taking food images. Did not try to cook alot as we were all busy unpacking and wanted to just cook something for 意识意识. But thankfully the food came out well. One of the fixtures that we done : Kitchen :
