Hi, I have since divorced and transfer the flat to my ex wife. We took a total of $40,000 grant and as i understand we both have to split the amount $20,000 each. My question is do i have to repay this grant if i am applying for a new BTO flat? and if i have to, when do i have to repay it? during downpayment or collection of key? I forgot to mention i intend to pay the downpayment with my CPF and not taking any loans for the rest of the amount. Thanks much
