  2. You wanna consider another curtain maker? He is my vendor. I work very closely with him. Have posted his contact earlier in this post... His name Laurence, 93201379. If you need window solar film, can contact me @ 91268582 Cheers
  3. Can... ventilator fan still can be installed. No restriction so far. Popular brand will be KDK. They can customise the window frame cutting. I've seen more residentials installing this. Pretty good effect. Not only can feel the "moving wind", but also can "suck" out the smelly.... after "business"... (you know what I mean)
  4. Hahaha, skylimit, I actually tried PM you again, but it seems the sent I made to you is always unsuccessful, so I put your reply in the post here... Then "deleted"... Ok will e-mail you instead...
  5. Hahaha... not troublesome meh, roll up & down?! I have another good suggestion. Ever consider to put ventilator fan instead? Seems popular nowadays, especially to those smokers...

  9. Hi Stardust, There is also a lifestyle looking domestic safety product. Very cool looking fire extinguisher, brand VERT. Think you can find the post in the Home Furnishing thread. Or see their website www.vertsolutions.com.sg
  10. Is that window meant for ventilation purpose? Won't it block the ventilation flow if you put a mini blind there?
  11. Hi Navik, I'm a solar window film installer, and do work closely with this vendor, for curtain & blinds. I can recommend him, pretty good and humble. His name is Laurence, mobile 9320 1379. You can ask him for samples and quote. No obligation.
  12. Hi Ayukie, Yes we do that too. But won't be cost effective if just doing on that alone. I've sent you a PM...
  13. Hi, I know the address already... Bukit Merah Lane 1, Blk 122... But I'm not sure is it the type that you are looking for. So just go there for lunch, so that won't waste your effort, in case that is not the type you are looking for...

  16. Yup, I agree with you too. 50% is really doubtful. And I think there is no such mop that wipes and leaves no water mark. For sure after squeeze dry should be damp. Unless the new mop is fautly (possibility of production fault). @SeahMummy, maybe you can try change the sponge and try again. If it's still as bad, maybe it's the mop-stick fault from the spring that is not functioning properly. This is what I can think of... Also, water mark can be easily seen on different material surface. If smooth homogenous / marble tiles, it's more obvious. For ceramic or with fine texture surface, the water mark will not be so obvious. This is what I notice when I mopped my house...
  17. Ermmm.... sorry, don't have. But it's quite obvious, facing the hawker centre there (Alexandra Village, is opposite Queensway Shopping Centre). The one and only selling rattan furniture. The shop is located near the corner, near (indrectly along) Jln Bt Merah direction... Sorry, my description quite bad. But you can just pop by there, venture around the hawker centre nearby. Sure can find. Oh ya, beside the shop is selling authentic old style cookies / bakery, and the famous old brand moon-cake (Da Chong Guo)... The is the best "direction I can give"...
  18. Hi Bunnymummy, I found this in the forum, you might wanna call and check with them. They have this hourly rate from S$12/hr (min 4 hours). I have insert the link below... Cleaner FB Link
  19. You can try Alexandra Village... Near the hawker centre there (facing the hawker centre in fact). It's at the 1st floor of those 4 storeys HDB...
  20. Hi, I suggest you fix the ventilator fan type then (from KDK). Very effective. it really can suck the cooking smoke out of the window. But one thing is, have to install t the window there, and your stove is near the window, then it's effective. I've seen this from my friend's place. Really good...
  21. Hi, I agree to that Roman Magic mop too! I've been using that since I moved in my new place, about 4 years!!! Yes, still using it! Only need to change the sponge
  22. No problem... Then I will suggest you to use roman blinds, so that your boy won't pull it and play... For window solar film, just call me (9126 8582) for quote when you are ready. No obligation...
  23. Hahahaha... cool!! I like thos post too!!! @nimm12, thought is roll 2 oranges and shout "Huat Ah!!!" But pineapple sounds better ya... "Ong Lai" @von55, if you want to get advise from fengshui, better do it before you move your furniture in ya... HUAT AH....
