Hi, my mosaic is still ok. I think should not be a problem to drill on it. At first the contractor got warm me about it too, and I gave the go ahead, and it turn out fine. Guess it is a risk you may have to take too if you want to do the same. It depends on the walk quality, and the tools used, then finally is the luck. haha... Good Luck!!
