    I tried contacting Mr Kok/ Pearlyn but no reply. I chase until I give up. End up I engaged Metal & Wood to help with some carpentary works. Pricing slightly above market price. But was totally disappointed with the workmanship. Upon handover still want to smoke me to accept the finished job with a small discount. Not impressed at all. Wished I had used someone else. PM if you want more story.

He has started to paint my place. The best thing is I have not paid him a single cent for the painting. After painting, (4 colours, Ceiling white, 1000 sgd, 90msq flat), then I pay!     Hiya, saw ur beautiful homes. Great ideas excited w only contractor. Can share ur contractor contact? I'm getting keys in jul. Need to revamp the use as it's in original condition.
