Soo good - your anxiety will soon be over - while mine will start soon. I have made the kitchen bigger by eating into the study. It's a straightforward alley-style kitchen. Initially my wife wanted a separate island but due to space constraint, settled for one that is extended.

Hi Dinobros, me too - tentatively on 26 September. But I have asked my contractor to apply permit now

Everything looks good ... gonna miss all your postings and updates once your reno work is complete. Hope you'll stick around just a bit longer at reno-talk and not disappear totally ...

Hi Potatoes - you may view the bigger diagram here http://storyhome.tum...post/9997001172 Are you the only one of the EM units still not completed yet with renovation? Mine will start soon - hopefully on 26 September - fingers crossed.

Hi Edenstrauss, As far as I know, you can buy the blower unit to replace the ones that are no longer working - but you need to get the one of the same type. You can ask your aircon maintenance technician on the compatible models.

Thanks Desmond - Now I really have to think thrice about engaging BesTech although their quotation was quite low. Can anyone out there recommend a good vendor for aircon installation ... -

Thank you for the well-wish and good luck on your house hunting. -
Bought both from Mayer - total was $978.96. It was actually $902 but I bought extended warranty - 1 + 2 years

Hi Newbie. My brother-in-law is an aircon expert. His advise is - if the trunking is still good - no leaks and the compressor is still working well, just changing the blower units will help save you a lot.

Aiyoh so many problem Mitsibishi. I was contemplating on buying either Star mex of MHI. Now don't know what brand to buy - and also which vendor. Seems like Best Tech, Gain City and Hong Tar all have bad reputation ...
