  2. Hi Donser I am sorry for my late reply. I believed that you had recieved your sofa by now. I hope that you understand that as much as we wanted, delays are inevitable as there are too many coordinations involve, this is especially so during the CNY period as there is a great rush for new sofas. We had to stretch our production lines till wee hours in the morning. Hence I seek your patience. I hope you enjoy your sofa!

Your request to bring forward the delivery has been processed and we will deliver the sofa to you on the 16th Feb. I seek your kind understanding in this issue as we are currently short handed due to the volume of business that we had during the festive seanson. Its a pleasure to be a service to you.

Without comments we do not know what went wrong. That is why I appreciate customers like Twins and ethankhoo. People like them really urge us to improve. I can assure you that I will not let customers like them down.
  5. Hi ethankhoo first thing first, I would like to request for your sales order number so that I can trace your profile which I can send the warranty card to you. Secondly, I hope that you understand we will change the furiniture for you if found to be defective. I know that there can be no excuse for bad service but I think in every business, there are bound to be hiccups. The difference is how you handle the problems. In EL's case we do not leave our customer in lurch. That is the assurance that I can give to you. In fact I think by EL's standards we fared fairly well comparing to others in regards to after sale service. I believed that if CNY is not round the corner there will not be delays like that. I am sorry that it caused distress to you and would like to extend my apologies to you on behalf of my company. Please provide me your sales order number so that I can expediate on your service.
  6. Hi Twins I would like to apologise for the delays. As I had replied you via my sms that due to the festive season our transporter hands are full. That explains the delay. I would like to seek your kind understanding that in our industry, delays are inevitable and unforeseeable. However, as promised, we will make it on the 12th Jan. Thank you.
  7. Hi Paladin126 Thank you for your enquiry, I think one of the reason why the econmy is bleak is due to inflation. Would you rather pay 10 to 15% more for something which you need in a few months time? I would urge you to buy it now. It is very unlikely that the price will drop after festive season. Prices of raw materials are heading north everyday, and it will affect the costing of the end product. Hence it will be good if you are able to commit now.

  14. Hi Cyleo I will check with our CS side and get them to get back to you. As for Zolano, we have certain models from them. I believe during the time of purchase, our sales person has advise you on the dimensions. It doent make sense to alter the dimensions of the sofa without any request from our customers. However if you have requested for a specific length then I think we will rectify the problem for you.

You can always doubt and when in doubt do not buy. If you thing our products are value for money then go for it. Did I make myself clear?

Refer back to my posts in EL's thread and you will see those answers that had been put to you umpteen times. I do not know why you keep asking me the same questions over and over again.
