Hi Sam I think not only you know more about leather sofa productions, you know many other things as well, you know the lead oxide that is present in crystal glass and you know the cost and selling price of every piece of furniture that is being discussed in this forum. I think you and Dave makes good partner. Since you guys are so good, why dont you try some luck in the furniture trade. Instead of just sharing your wealth of knowledge in this forum you can make some money as well. Things said are always easier than done.

Dave I do not have to do that, our customers are a discerning lot, they buy our products because of our designs, pricing and credibility. They can tell if we are lying to them and they know what is the best for them. The reason I do not want to display the certificate is because I had some commercial reasons which I cannot reveal them to you, however I will show it to you personally if you really want to know. In Business there are things that I cannot share with you especially in the forum. EL is doing a roaring business with 2 shops in 2 months. That explains that we are successful in our business model. You can have doubts, I didnt force you to buy. However EL's after sales service speaks for itself, you have no doubts for it. That is the reason why people like jeanius appear, we are hurting them like crazy. His refusal to reveal where he is from leave little for imagination. Lastly, In this forum I cant silence my competitors, in fact I know that if my competitor makes too much noise, that means they are not doing well, and their business are being affected by EL. They lost a lot of market share to EL. Its words against words, you cant prove that you are absolutely right, its up to consumers to believe. However I do have to thank you for making EL's thread number one in this forum. I believe, the publicity has certainly brought in some sales for us. I cant do it alone. Have to thank you guys.

Here you are trying your best to sway customers not to believe in us, JUST because you are too smart for yourself, you thought that you know everything about leather and you have never heard of Tuscan leather before and you tried to google it and found nothing in relation to EL's claims. You and Jeanius are the same, you cannot find anything on the internet and based on your ignorance you find it hard to believe. leather from Italy are very common, it doesent have to be very high end, and you dont have to pay a bomb for it. you want genuine Italian furniture? come and look for me and I will get you something that make you realise that you are living in vain all these years. There are a lot of things that you do not know, Sam doesnt even know how much does a half leather 2.6m malaysian sofa cost, how can you compare yourself to him? trying to be smart? no problem, substantiate it. As I mentioned before, I could have save my time wasting on people like you and jeanius and spend it on my customers but I could not let you people say whatever you like. Its never ending, but I will always defend EL's integrity till the day I outlive my usefulness in Executive Living.

What are aruging does make sense, completely based on your own assumption, I rememered the last time, you are a very poor judge of how much does a sofa costs. You are not in this trade and you dont know this business well, how can you comment? First its the mechanism, then the warranty, after that Tuscan leather, what else do you have in mind next? Hi Dave As I have mentioned, I will not want to waste time trying to convince you. You are most welcome to visit our showroom, you can even scrutinise our products and you might even want to know if our leather is geniune Tuscan leather. As you can see, we are selling leather sofas, if I were to produce a certificate of quality for our leather you will not believe it. It might be true that you own alot of leather products however that doesnt make you an expert in leather. If you think what I am saying is wrong, prove it. If you think that I am just lying about our leather then dont place your order with us until you are convinced that you are getting what you paid for. El does not want to stand out from the rest for all the wrong reasons, You can see that there are people behind us. Despite the fact that I have not been around for a few days, you guys starts to find fault with EL. Dave, please prove me wrong, if you dont believe, its fine with me.

Hi Dave Based on what you posted here, may I know how can you prove that we do not use Tuscan leather? Have you seen our sofa sets? Have you seen our leather? Cow hides and leather are totally different thing do you know that? leather is processed cowhides. Your research tells you that most of the cowhides comes from Europe? I think its a waste or time trying to convince you. It seems that you and Jeanius and Sam knows more about our business than me.

Hi Jeanius So you are here, you are changing your warranty from 2 years to 3 years, so may I know what does your warranty covers? Does it says if your leather is damaged look for us and we change it for you? You have warranty for leather too, I am quite skeptical and curious about the warranty that you offer. I thought you posted something which says that no companies in Singapore gives surface waranty, not even for 1 year? If you are so confident and there isnt a single complain about your leather why dont increase it to 4 years? You claimed that you are an expert in leather and you dont even have confidence in your own products. you are merely a profiteer who will leave your customer in lurch after the 2 years warranty because you know that leather even 0.9mm to 1.1mm entry level leather lasts much longer than that, not to say that yours is 1.3 to 1.5mm in thickness. From this post of yours we know what is your true intention. You cannot commit as much as EL and yet you try to persuade others not to believe in us. Please keep all your hypocritical thinking to yourself.

Hi Dave I am sad to say that I do not have to curry Alvin's favour, I am the BDM of both company what I have done for the company is for all to see. Those who thinks otherwise are those who did it themselves. Anyway Alvin does not read renotalk, if he would he will be the one replying and not me, he has got much better things to do.
