Hi Xiqiang, Am glad that all things has been resolved.Nevertheless we still would like to apologise all the hiccups due to the heavey load of deliveries for before Hari Raya and Hungry Ghost Festival. Once again thank you for your support and enjoy your incliner L shape sofa!

Hi xiqiang So sorry about the slight hiccups on your delivery. The delivery guys had miss out on your free throw cushions and i believe kelvin had already made arrangement for them to be delivered to you within the week.As for the leather mark, my servic guy will be there to have a better look when delivering the free throw cushion to you. I think you are too quick to comment about our after sale service. We had received your feedback on saturday and nothing could be done over the weekend its been a busy period right now for us as we are rushing for the hari raya and hungry ghost festival deliveries and thats why we could only get back to you on tuesday afternoon around 2pm. At EXECUTIVE LIVING PTE LTD,we never leave our customer in the lurch and always strive our best to reslove our customer problem. You should be receiving your free cushion shortly and as for the natural leather scar mark, we will wait for our serviceguy report for whatever subsequent action to be taken. Thanks

Hi just4fun As mouch as I wanted, we tried to please everybody as much as we could, however things dont really happen that way we want them to be. I think this is Life! I think what is most important is that when we faced problems, we solve them rather then leaving our customers hanging in the air. I am sure you agree with me. If I were to say that we have zero delivery problems I will be lying to you. Hi libbit6789 I think different people have different preference. Some like it hot and some like it cold. Hence its really up to them on what they really want. No body likes to buy cheap things, most of times for those who does buy cheap things is because they have limited budget. Else Most will go for something which is value for money.

Dear Just4fun I couldnt agree with you more on the service standards for most furniyure dealers. As much as we wanted, we cannot give full assurance that your products will be delivered on time. We have to factor in things like transport which is being outsourced and materials availibility from the factories but nevertheless, we will try our very best to put things right when they go wrong. As for after sales service, I have very good friends like shaik and twins to give testimonial for EL. I think you can put your mind at ease.

Hi Wobuyao Its really unfortunate that this incident occur, no doubt there were some minor feedbacks about the gaps between the chiase and the seats (which we will get it fix, Please provide your invoice number). I couldnt say whose fault it was for the scratches on the floor. I will see what can be done ti resolve this.

Hi Cycleo I understand your frustration. I hope that you can provide me with your invoice number for one last time so that I can personally follow up on your feedback. As I had mentioned, we never leave our customer in lurch. Delays maybe at times but never in lurch.

Hi Dave Congrats on your new bed. If you dont mind you are welcome to visit us at our mattress boutique and I will offer you a bedframe in full geniune Italian leather at a price much lower than what you are getting at the moment. As for a sofa lesser than 3k using Italian leather is possible when its on promotion. Promotions means, lower profit margin. I hope you get the facts right before you start commenting again.

Dear Cycleo I apologised for my late reply. I am pretty busy recently as we are setting 2 more shops at the same time. It would be good if you are able to provide me with your Invoice number so that I can track for you. As I mentioned, there can beno excuse for bad service and I think Richard as you mentioned has to be responsible for all that had happen. I will talk to him and revert to you in due course.
