    Saw your posting, anyway, my ID did up my 4 rm flat in punggol, i spent approx $35k doing the entire house with alot of carpetry works + wall coverings. If u got budget then you can prob forgo the wallpaper part or do abit here & there to get the effect.     Expo people are all there to 'tok' our money. i went there and spend 2 hours with the ID from different firms to collate ideas before going to my current ID which is not from a big firm but in this industry for very long liao. She added more ideas & creativity to the ideas i gave & it out turns out well, my reno for my 4 rm flat in punggol is about to complete in another 5 days, looking forward to my dream home with my hubby & kids! A good & patient + affordable ID is important. They must be there to hear your woes & put clients as pirority lor! Anyway, PM me if you guys need the contact of my ID. Regards Ki
