If this quote is through ID or main contractor, I am sure that there will be some profit for them. For the stainless steel pipe, it depends on the distance from the gas heater to the hot water pipe as well.
-
Hi Jank, From what I can see, your hot water pipe runs through the service yard before going into the common toilet? Quite a long distance right? May I know how much were you charged for the installation of the hot/cold water pipes? Thanks and regards.
-
Hi, Nice renovation. Your curtains custom made? Rgds.

Got the same problem. Think it is hard to get citygas to do the hotwater piping. They would recommend some plumber instead of getting their contractor to do it. Think must see how long the pipes is going to be from the toilet to the heater. Was quoted around 300 but think cheapest can get is 250. Not sure can get cheaper or not. Anyone else done it cheaper? Or any good but not so expensive plumber to recommend?

Hi Aron, Sent you an email as couldn't get you via PM.

Hacking Of New Tiles For New Premium Flat?
martinlsh replied to pegasuss's topic in Ceiling, Walls and Flooring Works
Yeah, no problem for all the areas except both toilets. Toilets can overlay only. -
Hi Aron, Probably looking at single split (probably 9kbtu) for MBR (cheapest inverter) since will be using it most of the time. Also looking at non-inverter system 2 for guestroom and living room (probably 1x9 & 1x12). Probably looking at LG for the system 2 and open to recommendation for single split. Thanks and regards, Martin
