ya, one side is fixed. oh... henry measured for us aledi. it's sufficient for us to shift in/out any items in the kitchen like fridge, dryer and washer. basically the swing door is almost 2/3 of the kitchen door in total length.

MBR toilet mirror and kitchen entrance glass door up today...

yaloh, the dryer contributes quite a bit to the bill but i intend to use it only for washing of blanket, bedsheet or backup for rainy season. i may use the area in front of the dryer n washer for drying wet clothes using my roman multi purpose extended rack...

kongtai is slightly cheaper than maximum credit upfront but we feel that mc is cheaper after bargaining especially if u buy more items in one go...

ya quite tiring. at first he stood on the ladder to clean it until he bue tahan then he decided to take it out n wash but hor it took him long to slide out the hanger for washing. so end up he took more than 2 hrs to finish everything.

haha. no problem lah...sharing information only mah... 1 compressor only.... we don't need to get the permit as we have the aircon ledge....oh it's from neighbourhood shop in jurong west named 'Maximum Credit'..the shop is opposite 'Kong Tai'....

oh...we installed the mitsubishi electric system 4 28K BTU. the model for LR is MSY-GE18VA whereas the other rooms are MSY-GE10VA. Total price is SGD3785.

i think we get used to it liao. it's exactly like what u have mentioned. we totally have no time to look at the grilles but busy with other stuffs now..haha met up with henry yest. he explained to us patiently and reason out y it's protruding out. we kind of accepting it and decided to keep this too.....happy ending~~~

yaloh. it is our bad choice . thinking to switch it to invisible grilles...

good news! i called the company doing the invisible grilles. They have settled with HDB on this matter. can rest assure to install.
