Sorry to tell you this but smoking could be the culprit of your dull complexion....try quitting? I sometimes wake up with a puffy face too....it's mostly water retention...try not to drink too much liquid after 9pm the night before.....keep well hydrated throughout the day as dehydration could be the cause of water retention too....sleep with an elevated pillow in a cool room....a warm room tends to make face and eyes puffy... Last but not least....as an added benefit, apply moisturizer before going to bed

i think you are just scared lar...i used to be afraid of swallowing pills too until one day i plucked up the courage to swallow a bullet pill....took quite long to down it but was quite an achievement....i realised it wasn't that hard...

actually grinding the pills into powder form is not a bad idea..then mix with water to drink....after all, liquid absorbs faster in the body...but then got to tahan the bitterness...i'd rather swallow at one go...
