I must go home think carefully how much I wana extort increase then draft a threat statement to my boss threatening requesting her to pay up or die consider my death threat proposal. I wonder what she would think.....I hope I succeed...... wow....u asked alot of ppl to order izit?!?

I also must go home think abt how much more i want mah but pay is no room for negotiation one unless they give you very low increment then u protest then they will re-consider...otherwise it's pretty much fixed by stupid HR one....

think got pro-rata already not bad...some of my friends enter the company aft cut off date, not even entitled to pro rata bonus although they've been there like 5monhts liao....quite sian... shd ask the one who got the most bonus treat.....or the one with the mont blanc pen...so that when bill comes, can use the mont blanc pen to sign...very seh bin..... got picture bo?? like that how to visualise?!?!

Actually this kind of boss, u duno whether to love him or loathe him....you can't really hate him cos he's always think of his staff....but you don't really love him because he's only giving money to ppl he likes..... it's a love-hate relationship.... ya i think we would only appreciate how they feel when we have our own business...right now, it's very difficult to understand....to come this far, there must have been a great deal of sacrifice....

I think it's both good and bad lar.....good is that, you won't mind putting in more effort in your work because your boss recognises your efforts and rewards u all from time to time....so u won't feel short-changed... bad is that, resources could have been better allocated in times like these....

then the extra money left maybe can treat whole company starbucks kopi hor.....like that still got alot of money left still! y waste money on mont blanc leh....dun understand

ehh now what century liao....they dun watch so tight one lar....and some more v hard to keep track cos many ppl work shift here...my other coll can come in at 9.30 on lor....i already very good...9.15 i dun pray much lar...i give up liao...see my company's shares plunge like mad, i think no hope for me le but if he nvr give u all anything, then u all sure to complain how come every year have, this year dun have de mah....humans are like that...v greedy de.....he shd have at least got u all a pencil with a sharpener ...those very retro type like last time what we used in pri sch.....using the money he spent on the mont blanc pens, he could have spent it on those retro pencil/sharpeners then still got alot of money left

Cos I also report work late today I also v desperate for more money....then again, who isn't? actually your boss should give you all pilot pens without engraving then give you all the 10% ....i think more wu hua....oh but pilot pens more expensive....i think shawn stabilo pens better....then maybe you all can have 20% increment....
