I agree that we don't blindly follow fashion and not asking you to follow fashion. After all, this is individual's preference but sometimes if you don't go out and look see look see, you will feel very dated. At least for me, I will. I like to be in-the-know about things and what's going on. I would think that even if one wears expensive jewellery and branded bags but don't bother to dress up, I would feel that it cheapens the image of the jewellery and the bags. I would probably speculate that the bags might be fake. Sorry, just my honest opinion.

Those IDs in exhibition usually are more ex....if you are budget-constraint, I would advise you to source for other IDs. I've been to the expo once and what most IDs told me is that they are "branded", got blah blah awards....from this, u can tell their prices are also "branded"..... I've been quoted by ***** during the expo and their prices are We have specifically told the ID our budget and in the end he still burst our budget by 50%. We dropped them. At the end of the day, we want an ID who listens and tries to work things within our budget and not happily suggest things that we do not need or want and try to psycho us to accept... Would advise you to visit more IDs and source for more quotes. From your list, all the IDs seem to be quite high-end.

Depending on how much curtains you have....I have quite a lot of curtains but they only took a week to finish the curtains and install.

Don't be upset I don't think they will handle only painting for a house. For IDs to take up a project, there must be substantial works done, this is simply economies of scale. They can't just allocate time to construct one or two items, that would be a waste of resources. May I ask what your reno amount would be?
