duno leh.....that time ordered, my mum said portion very little...maybe my family all very big eaters..... wah i sian leh.....things are streaming in bit by bit...i see liao very sian.....keep staring at the clock.....

Neo garden don't have dim sum and they are v expensive leh....portion very little also.... I used to order from yum cha, very nice but their schedule very packed on the day i want...so might not be able to cater to my timing....nvm i look around..... wah today nothing much to do sia....i'm here swatting flies think many ppl on leave today....

My decision is also leaning towards the $4 side.... side-track a bit....do you know of any dim sum caterer for home other than yum cha? must be good of course....

morning.....finally friday liao....think today alot of ppl took leave.....the roads so smooth today.... hope later lunchtime dun have to fight seats ya every year the budget also always cater for lower income ppl first de mah.....heard from my hubby they are giving rebates for conservance charges? what kind of benefits for 1st time buyers???

i also duno.....my boss whole day go meeting....like v waste time....she complained to me....haha at least have a meeting sit down and talk.....if cannot get anything from the staff then call for external help lar.....i don't like that idea of not approaching the ppl involved directly first and going for external help....

i think i should apply for your HR position But i think it's a smarter thing to do this first mah....cos u call in external consultants, wasting both time and money.....still need to attend meeting with them to introduce to our processes.....abit stupid right.... Then whole day go meeting, come back work pile up.....then work late....efficiency reduced cos everyone will be chasing you for their so-called "urgent" things.....more stress like that

actually rather than getting external help directly, i think a more effective way would be for staff to raise their concerns abt current process redundancy.....who else would know better than them? engage external help, you need to balek explain everything to them and they might not understand also....waste time...

not my dept.....other dept..... now my company engaged those "consultancy firms" to look at our biz processes to see how to cut redundant steps in our jobs and how to make our work more efficient and how to cut costs.....feel like telling them...the first way to cut cost is definitely NOT to spend so much money engaged those so-called CONSULTANCY firms lar...

i think now everywhere anyone also got high possibility lar.....me here just got 3 ppl asked to go.....

at least 6 months of your salary....just a general guideline lar...that's what i read....trying to achieve that leh...very difficult with the current expenses....

ya lor..i used to be on contract jobs also...this is considered my first real perm job.... have had a bumpy start to my career aft grad..... hopefully lor....hope electricity bills can reduce fruther hmm....sort of lar....need to re-plan...now our money-saving strategy not very idealistic....
