Mine cannot leh....the adjacent block quite close to us...sometimes when i look out of my window, i can even see what tv show the adjacent block ppl are watching walk around naked.....xinyi, i didn't know you so happening one!

ya sometimes money is not everything....i value my privacy alot....with a stranger in the house, it just feels so weird....and it doesn't feel like a home to me because i dun feel comfortable.... ya lor...imagine impt docs really have to be kept under lock and key....letters cannot anyhow put on table.....too much restrictions...

hmm...i duno leh...but i think ECs design not as chio as private ones....though they are built by private developers also i wana stay condo in the future leh....when i have lots and lots of moeny....but i won't buy EC.....i will buy penthouse.....next time i buy liao, i treat you all to my housewarming, must come hor xinyi, hope the numbers dio big big....i will buy toto also.....i will treat you lim starbucks kopi if i dio ok! my neighbours cannot make it.....my friends all come to my house and lament that my corridor is like mini kampong....i hope they all move out in time to come.....we are the only chinese on that floor....

becuase the resale value for flats is always better than ECs or even private properties.... for flats priced at that price, they're likely to be in a good location like near mrt, nearby amenities etc.....resale value is definitely going to increase... ehh then when do want to be my neighbour?!?

ya lor...and i think ECs design cannot compare to private condos....some ECs actually look like HDB flats ya pretty low prices.....at 400k can get alreayd....but still not worth it..

Income ceiling for ECs is 10K....so 2k difference..... but seriously.....i think even for 10K combined income, it's v difficult to sustain condo lifestyle too.... EC is cheaper than private condos.....as for maintenance fees, not sure how it differs from private ones

ya they are just like private condos...the only difference is that it's cheaper than private ones....and the income ceiling factor.....but i find that ECs are normally located in quite ulu areas.... u can try googling or searching hdb websites for ECs Cos it's still under HDB mah.....it's for those whose income falls above 8k (can't apply for new HDB) but below 10K (no money to afford private property) ......imagine your combined income 9K....neither here nor there.....cannot have new flat, cannot have new private condo......don't want resale flats....so what's the best option?? EC lor....
