Hi, I used epoxy spray painting on my toilet tiles...can check out my blog to see the before and after pics.....pros are that it's cheaper compared to hacking and tiling, no waterproofing issue thus no leaking problem, can be completed within 3-5 days, groutlines are covered with paint as well, making stains easily removed in future. Cons are durability, of course i will expect it to start peeling a few yrs later if i do not maintain its condition. Then again, this is a personal issue, it's up to you to maintain. Also cannot do hard scrubbing for fear of peeling.

View from parents is always different from our points of view. Parents always assess a good husband-to-be (in their eyes ONLY) according to a number of factors: 1) Education 2) Financial standing Plus, if you are together long enough already, then all the more they think you two shd get married. They always think these are the key factors in assessing a good husband-to-be, one who is able to provide for you. That's why they will nag you to death to get married so that you can enjoy a good life. But it's you who will be leading your own life in the end. No one is able to decide on your happiness. Only you yourself know when you are happy and when you are not.

Hey I got the same coffee table! haha...but ours will be in white....Glad to hear that goods delivered are in good condition! Btw, which red apple did you go to? The one at IMM or Sungei Kadut? Love your toilet tiles too! very nice and cozy feel! Really envy those of you who can change your tiles..

So sad reading your post.. I guess at the end of the day, you need to decide whether you can learn to let go of B and fully enjoy your marriage with A. If you think you can't, you obviously don't love A enough to even try to forget B. It's difficult but I believe chang(2) tong(4) bu(4) ru(2) duan(3) tong(4). If you hold on to the marriage while still holding on to the consistent thoughts of B, you are not only torturing yourself but your husband too. It's better to break it off clean than to drag and waste each other's time.

When To Put Up Lightings?
Air replied to foreveris's topic in RENOVATION IDEAS: Interior Design Themes, Space Planning
Usually downlights are installed after the painting works. Leave those expensive lightings and hanging lights until after carpentry is up. -

I bought hotel delux at about 2599, the bedframe costs 899...hehe....nope it's not a divan set...just a normal bedframe with a very high headboard....haha... Ya read your blog....i do agree that bed is a good investment so make sure you feel comfortable before settling on one....no need to get very expensive one...just go with your feeling~~... Thanks! Just realised you bought the same model mattress as me too!!

Wall feature at MBR MBR toilet cabinet Onz!...when you moving in? I won't be so fast leh..probably Sep earliest...latest by Nov or Dec though... Err not sure leh....tot all sealy's mattresses are posturepedic one?? I bought the Hotel Delux model at Furn Mall...the reason we got that is because we liked one of the bedframes there and if we bought the frame without the mattress, it's gonna cost us a few hundred more so might as well get the mattress there too....haha

Oh another neighbour living same blk as me! Ya my idea was to have only 1 storage heater for the whole house too so that I can't see the heater in my MBR toilet....haiz....now it seems that I have to get another heater for the common toilet....$$$ again.....
-
Got a question to ask Cherish and Kandian....are you all using storage heater or instant heater? Do you have any problem with installing the storage heater? My ID just told us that while the plumber was trying to install the storage heater in our common bathroom, he couldn't find the pipe linking to the MBR toilet.....so have to hack and connect the pipe from the common bath through to our MBR which means there will be exposed piping running thru our MBR which I don't like....another way is to have 2 storage heaters, one in common bath and the other in MBR toilet....but that kinda defeats the purpose of having a storage heater as I had wanted it to be in the common toilet so that I can get hot water in the MBR toilet sans the bulky heater......can you pls advise!?
