I did expoxy spray paint on my toilet wall and floor tiles and kitchen tiles too. Yes they can be done on wall tiles. Pros: Cheaper than overlaying tiles or hacking and relaying new tiles. Can choose any colour you want. Cons: Must be careful not to scrub the surface too hard as the paint might come off. As for durability, it really depends on how you maintain your surfaces. As long you don't scrub it hard or drop sharp objects onto the floor, i presume it shd last you at least 2 years... Costs depends on how big your area is...different companies charge differently...
