sad is the old covering i think spoilt cos uncle din expect new one cant use.. now my gate handles.. can see th 4 nuts n washers at the corner de lor.. so naked w/o the cover feel.LOL.. wait for him come back another day settle.. since he need come back touch up on my paint works n other nitty gritty stuff.

They are bought by the contractor who done up my unit. He told me that gate is super old type and the handles just dun fit. He drill 2-3x.if the handle pc fit it does not lock.. if it can lock..tat handle pc is kinda crooked and not all 4 holes can be drill in. gondusamy me..shld have ask him to just drill it crookly..haha since i no habit of locking tat.. i use padlock on top de. haha ur unit signage cute! DIY de?

can give me the contact for the lock shop @ AMK? i sad my main gate the handles dunno y ..new ones cant seem to fit.. end up the lock is new.. the handles r old.. weird.. guess.. wait till i got budget change both my front & bach doors/gates.. grrr..

The common rental period for HDB room is usually 1year...might be abit hard to get shorter lease. Last time the "flat" at changi village, above the shops have monthly rental (with Ntuc income if i not wrong) it may be a cheaper option compare to storage space for ur items + storage for urself.. but location is abit far off. Isn't the quote Supply Labour and Material? Single Socket : $45 Double Socket : $55 This is the pricing i got from my reno contractor, other items differ not alot. But require for next week, will be kinda rush. Everyone rushing for xmas/new yr/cny. Alot of contractors will be tied till then i believe.
