u can get fujioh from universal union (at geylang) and rinnai from poh joo (jalan besar). they have the best prices.

thot black solid surface will have scratch marks easily... so we went for black galaxy granite top... =)

we used casement doors to hide the toilet entrance... so the wardrobe area looks like a WIW... i think curtains are quite nice too. can use those velvet kinds for a posh look =)

ya heard from most pp tt turbo fire is strong cos it can trap oxygen well. but my mom's one a bit chao tar liao. mebbi fire too strong. price is good.

hi luppy, we bought our fridge & washing machine from harvey norman cos deals were sweeter. for our fridge, they were able to match the price as quoted from hong liang (we did a phone call to check). we topped up a bit more to extend warranty to 5yrs. i suggest u take a walk down to harvey norman millenia walk on last day of the month cos they need to close more deals to hit their sales target. we happened to get the deal on 31st mar =P

alamak my hubby said notes are thrown away alr. we wrote down all the features (e.g. layout, windows, NS facing, marble flooring) when we went visiting the units tt time. but for 4-rm high floor, usually will ask for abt $10-15K cash unless it's in a really rundown condition. have u engaged an agent to help u find ur dream home?
