Hello Mr Chong, Would like to consult you on certain matters. 1) Our sofa is not against a solid wall & is in fact, under a beam. however, when we sit, due to the thickness of the cushions, our heads are not directly under the beam. is this okay? 2) We made a half height cabinet abt 3m away from the main door. now it looks like a divider & many pp are telling us tt it should be constructed to full height to prevent qi from passing thru. however, our main door is not facing window or any back door (windows are at the right hand side when coming in). does this matter? have attached a pix of the layout for your reference. hope it is clear. Thanks a lot for your help.

Place the Huat Kueh on top of the Joss Paper金纸, at the center of the living room facing the East. Place the pair of oranges in front of the Huat Kueh, the Red Buns beside the Huat Kueh. Poke the pair of candles into the two sides of the Huat Kueh, like a goal pole. Place the Prayer Sweets and Tea Leaves in front of the Oranges. Tie the Red Ribbon on the handle of the hammer. Place the Hammer in front of the Prayer Sweets and Tea Leaves. Step 2 – Start Prayers Light the candles and light five sticks of Joss Sticks. Start to pray three times each from the East, then face South, then West and then North. Pray to the center of the living room in front of the Huat Kueh. hi guys try everjoint... the price they quoted me was lower than hong liang. we bot our 42" hitachi plasma for only $2.2K. and it's really good wif piano black glossy finish

we got a rowenta silver color standing fan. not bad, quiet enuff but yet not weak.

but it's very expensive right... $5-6K? we bot hitachi & find it good enuff... =)

we viewed but in the end didnt buy cos dunwan to kena too much nagging from mom =P my mom staying on 10th floor... ya most pp staying there are older folks. i especially loathe the uncle who goes ard thinking tt he's helping to clean the neighbourhood up... when he's just kicking rubbish into the drains!
