What are the procedures to follow when entering my newly purchased resale flat? Called them liao and the person i spoke to say no need to service one. Sigh!

Just purchased the Mitsubishi system 3 inverter air-con system from Gain City IMM. Paid $5.5K+ for the 22K+9K+9K BTU system with 1/2" piping insulation and 1+4 year warranty for all parts & service. Not to forget a 3 year 9 times servicing package all in the $5.5K.

Went to GC and got quoted $3100+ for the Mitsubishi Starmex, the Jack Neo advertisement model. System 3 with 22K BTU, 10K BTU x2 an the compressor. Free 5 year warranty. Worth it???

The thing is we dun cook. Yeah will inform my electrician. Meanwhile i will ontinue to look for other indution hob as i have yet to confirm on the mentioned model.
