Complain useless leh. My contractor say not their fault, its the paint maker fault. Sigh!!!

Had pasted masking tape on the wall and touch up some part of the wall where paint have been chipped off. After painting i removed the masking tape and to my horror, the masking tape removed the paint of the wall where the masking tape have been applied. Anyone knows why is this so? My painting was done by my ID, EDGELINE PLANNERs, sub-contractor.

Previous house air con system was purchased and installed by Hong tar. Stayed there for 6 years and nothing went wrong.

The installers came yesterday and said that the aircon unit is not leaking. Then i ask him how come the trunking is wet and they cannot explain. Then they say that the aircon fan speed cannot be lowered, must be set at max. If not will leak. I was like WTF?! What kinda explanation is it. Called their manager and she agreed that the explanation is ridiculous and she will check with the more senior people. 5 mins later she called and tell me that all she asked said the same thing. So now i guess its not GC's problem but Mitsubishi Starmex issue.

I so regret never buy from Hong tar. Gain city installation and service sucks big time.

Sigh, now not only is the installation farked up, the service from the GC HQ also **** terok.

My air con was installed 5 months ago and now one of the unit is leaking from the pipe connecting to the unit. This has caused damage to the rectangular pipe cover which have been painted. Will like to ask will Gain City be liable for the damages caused to other parts of the reno works due to their installation problem?

Any place to recommend where to customize the stickers and also help to spply?

Yo, what you said i share the same sentiments exactly. Edgeline planners will not be recommended by me to my colleagues and friends who wanna do the renovation for the new house.

Maybe i did not engaged this 'Irene'. Don't have any good comments on this company who did my house complete reno.

I had engaged this ID firm for my reno. Initially everything is all ok but once reno start and the first big payment is collected, things is not as rosy as before. Had pointed out some fault of their workmanship and they tell me its like that one. The worse got to be their carpentry. Doors of the kitchen cabinet, shoe rack and toilet vanity top were warped, installed crookedly, gaps between doors so big that my pinkie finger can squeeze through. Walls surface not too good after painting, again its like that one. The original wall is not perfect or ex owner did something to the wall. All the more they should rectify it or at least inform me about it. Why do i reno the whole house and these 'its like that stuffs' just let it be? After collecting the final payment and signed the handing over, all calls are not answered. Always in meeting or things that cannot answer calls. Ask them to come and rectify things, must wait for days to get an answer on when they can come. Tell you 1-2pm can wait till 7pm then come.

My black solid surface dining table now have whitish patch near the edges of the dining top. Anyone knows how to get rid of it? My ID EDGELINE PLANNERS sent the sub-con's sales person to my house and he keep insisting he see nothing. I think he is BLIND!!!

The workers from this company have very bad attitude and also very bo chup. When they are carrying the dressing table to my WIW , they almost bang the table into a wall and smash my glass wall. Its not that the space is small but they just move looking straight and dun care about anything. Then when installing the dressing table the installer claimed that the space is constraint and have no choice but hit my WIW cabinet. The space is so big and I showed the installer that i can do it as i am careful. After the drilling and sawing, the dust gathered on the floor and above my air-con duct pipe. The installer did not bring any vacuum cleaner and just use a broom to sweep. Making the dust fly all over the WIW. So regret engaging this company to fabricate and install the dressing table.

Had emailed Mr. Koh a sketch of the dressing table that i wanna have in my walk in wardrobe and he did email a quotation. The sad part is that if i confirm the deal then they will drop by to take a look. Just am afraid that my sketch is not accurate and when he come the price became different and i had agreed with the deal then die loh.

Had emailed Jack and he replied with the quotation fast. Also had arranged for him to come to my place to take some measurement and also see the laminates being used with my other furniture. Unfortunately the arranged date which is last sat, he no show. Called him and no calls being answered. Kinda irresponsible i will say.

Any more beside seashell and me???
