I havent got my EM yet but its a working dream Those type of EM Choa Chu Kang also have. Block 282 I think. And the balcony if i remembered correctly was comparatively bigger than most I have seen here, strangely enough. But also EM reno is very heavy on the pocket too. I am hoping after they launch their punggol treetops design, they would use their brains and build more homes with extended balconies. But until then... I want my EM leh... want lah.

Hey BnC I dont understand why you had to hire a QP. I hacked most of my walls in my 3 rm and all i did was sent it to the HDB engineer for him to approve. and he did and so I hacked.

DBSS is design build and sell scheme. Like the ones in Tampines, 3 room went for like 128k and up i think. Its HDB bulit by pte developers. Have built in cabinets, aircon, and special features like balconies for some units. People chiong like crazy. Got new one in boon keng coming up, but based on the super good response, they are raising the price. Bleh. 3 room get get up to 89 sqm u know? the 22 year old types with a dining area between the 2 bedrooms or like those mentioned above. There are like 4 units selling in Jurong west now having sizes bigger than 85 sqm going for 126k. Worth it man but quite far. If i had bought my first choice of a three room on the ground floor, you would have seen an even more unique conversion. from this to this Walk in wardrobe extends into half the living But sigh... owner decided to sell to another person.. Oh well, I think 3 rooms are the nicest to play with in terms of pushing the limits. It so much more versatile I think compared to bigger flats. More 3 room pics please!!

My apologies.. i thought it was a new flat. 23 years ago cant do much hahhh my flat also ceiling also slightly slanted. Quite scary and strange. Looking from the carpark, it looks like the walls of the building are like bent somehow.

This is getting bad to worse. They must be held liable for these hassle and increase in prices. Like if we hold them up during sales they charge us dont know what this fee that fee, so now since they hold u guys up, the must compensate you. Go to CASE man... ask them for advice.
