Start renovation before HDB 2nd appointment

You can start passing floor plans to firms to get quote, as long as you have the floor plan. No restriction on this. For the starting of reno, its only after you're done with your completion appointment, meaning to say, you're the rightful owner and have gotten the keys from HDB during your completion appointment. Sequence: Deposit --> Submit OTP --> 1st Appt --> Completetion Appt (or some people calls it 2nd appt) -

The wall tiles are greyish because we are overlaying.. not that it came like that ^_^ I believe it is to create a somewhat rough surface.. Better for overlaying..
