hi, my lesson. what i did during shopping for light. 1)shop around to look for nice light. 2)found the design i like than compare price. 3)i brought one design from A shop for living & dinning room. A shop also have same light that i like for bedroom but price slightly higher, so i never buy. Went to B shop to get light for my bedrooms. A shop (intro by contractor) B shop (i just walk in) i tot i very clever to save little bit here and there. End up A shop give me better stuff like a better ballast. B shop ballest got no brand which it don last long. infact it look like used or recycle! Now i buy light i will treat it like durian...ask them got bao jia bo? No good stuff i don want...plus price check is a must if u have the time.

hi, those id drawing are only in estimate dimensions from floor plan, as for design diff than is weird. Now a day most id 3d is cut and paste, so it might be diff. In order to take out those rust stain on pipe is easy, just use metal polish will do. (plumber brought from a shop that keep too long) for electrical submittion to get approval by SP service, 1st u need to pay for inspection (testing) by SP 2nd ur quote will be higher. as for electrical trips might due lot of diff thing,eg like thing u use.
