Hi I engaged an ID to do my 4rm HDB who has submitted elevation drawings with different owener and address fom mine. The designs delivered differed to a high extent due to dimensions and quality of material used. What can I do?

Hi, I engaged an ID to design and engage all contractors. The elevation drawings provided were different from the actual dimensions and design. The 3D provided were different too. The stainless steel pipes installed were rusty. And worse, the electrical installation was not submitted for approval by SP Services. I was subjected to electrical trips - could have been a fire. What can I do?
