Hi there.... I believed one of ur shortlisted ID is my Id... I cant denied their carpentry really suck.... Make quite a number of fatal mistake. Finishing works is very bad..The rest of the contractor under him is good..especially the electrician... He should find new carpenter contractor...

Abby... I also install the city gas heater... not that good.. take quite some time to heat up... the heat also loses easily.. it the heat kept fluctating.. cartain time when showering, it turn cold... dont really know how to rectify it..

i did swap the wallpaper design.. turn out better than i expected. beside that , i got plenty of extra wallpaper.. Wallpaper got 1 year warranty...

Nope... I didnt spray.. I placed a tempered piano pink glass on top of the green tile.. my id give it for free... Homewarming gift from the company... hahaha... Anyway, I would not recommend a gas heater... the reaction is **** slow.. it took close to 5mins to heat up... dont really know why.. i prefer conventional heater at respective bathroom.. fast and good... if u realise there are opening piping at the common bathroom reflecting a cold and hot pipe.. form the service yard, they punch a hole thru the wall... and run extra piping on the common bathroom thru the cover up netted ceiling... quite hidden.... Anyway, my MBR shower had a low flowrate.. not powerful enough...how to increase the flowrate.. they told me that there is a saving water component hidden in the shower head... i try to opened it.. i dont see any...installation is $128 including the heater... add inside our next pub bill
