I called to ask them if they can quote the price over the phone for a product and the auntie answered the phone with a lecture: "We cannot give over the phone because of 1. I am not the sales rep 2. it takes time for the sales rep to check the details...blab..blah...blah But you can send us an email at....blah blah blah...sheesh.. just tell me no and send them an email will do lah... I am quite sure I was not my pesky tone. First impression sucks.
