    Yea, look at those tiles can tell either Far East, CDL or Centrepoint.... Yours is 1-2yrs newer than mine, so design will be slightly modern. enjoy your stay.

    Looks like FE is very found of building this size. Your place is actually a 2 + study + 1(HS), I guessed the rooms will be much smaller than the older developments.

    I used ICI dulux weathershield paint for the kitchen with glass backing at sink and hob areas. It was ok. I like the painted wall look as it blends well for my open concept kitchen.
