Wa... very suprise to see this Rotten Apple still in business. Bought a sofa set from them July 2007. Totally screwed up and disappointed by their service and experienced the worst delivery. Already posted about this company last year. But still got so many victims...Hiaz.

Hello... I am looking to buy furniture for my study room. Can anyone share or recommend any place or shop where there is a wide range of furniture for study? I am looking for furniture like study table, shelves, cabinet and chair. Thanks! !!

This is the 3rd week and I am waiting for Red Apple to call me on the delivery of those missing items. Well...if they not going to call, then I will just keep the balance. Hahaha...

Thanks for the caution. Hahaha...so I am not the only one into this. Sigh...this company never learn. I know they will be defintely eyeing on this thread. It is becoming very popular. That is why I post here. Anyway, I am not avoiding their call. I only want to arrange the payment and the delivery to my convenient. That's all. They keep wanting to delivery it during normal work hours, am I suppose to take leave for their mistakes? I am OK for weekends delivery, but too bad, looks like they having problems delivering on weekends. No enough delivery tucks? Too lazy? I don't know.... If they are ABLE to delivery the goods promptly and correctly, then THEY WOULD NOT face this kind of situation. Unfortunately, they CAN'T. So who is to blame? RED APPLE themselves! This is why "DOING THINGS RIGHT THE FIRST TIME" is so important.

I am back! Hahaha...my Sofa finally arrived 2 weeks ago and was delivered to my house after almost 2 mths delay. Well, as expected the sofa came, BUT WITH MISSING ITEMS!!! So I refused to pay the final payment. Now this Rotten Apple is calling me every other day, asking when they can deliver the remaining items and receive their final payment (50%)...hahaha. Finally, let can let them taste their OWN medicine. All I can say is this company is very very slow and lousy in delivering the goods...BUT very effective in collecting the payments. Hahaha. I shall arrange a time where it is REALLY REALLY convenient to me! Hmm....feel like delaying the payment as long as they delayed my sofa. An eye for an eye...hahaha How you like it, Mr Rotten Apple???

Oh...Finally got a call from Rotten Apple on my sofa delivery. I know that some of you too got a call from them claiming for delivery but ended up waiting at home and the delivery did not happen! Praying hard that mine is not a empty promise....

I totally agreed with you, Haruko! We should boycott this Rotten Apple! One of the way is to maintain this thread on the top of the forum. So that anyone who visit this forum will see this thread first. BTW, how long was your delay? Mine is coming to 1 month and still no news on the delivery date!

Looks like there are more and more complains about this ROTTEN RED APPLE. I am still waiting for them to call me on my delivery date. It is already delay by 3 weeks and to make the matter worst, I have no idea on the delivery date yet! Hopefully, my L-sofa will be the correct orientation and good condition! Dun really want to wait for another month!!! If not, I ask for refund and buy from another company! This Apple really SUCKS!!!

Yes....Called them up a couple of times. Even they have no idea on when the delivery date is. *SIGH* So now, all I can do is wait wait wait.... Dun even know the date...*SIGH* The sale guy ask me to wait for their delivery center to call.

My delivery is delay too!!! Supposed to be delivered early July on the invoice, but now still no news from Red Apple on the delivery dates...*Sigh* Anyway, THIS WILL BE MY LAST TIME BUYING THINGS FROM THEM...regardless how good is their price or design!!!
