Your laundry area looks good and neat with washer, dryer and laundry storage. Do u be having a drying area for wet clothes when the dryer is not used? I don't use a dryer cos I don't have a big yard, my laudry corner is quite windy after i hack away my kitchen wall . I also feel that the dryer contributes quite a bit to my electrical bill too ....$$$

Today, ID has arranged for kitchen cabinets to be installed. I Will upload the photos on the kitchen later. Apart from the kitchen, there were quite a no. of things happpening... The ceiling fans for MBR and living hall were also installed. The main gate was also installed. The bathroom wc and accessories were installed at the end of the day..... Tiring day as I was there to make that things were going right.

Thx... I love lots of space and high ceiling. Unfortunately, EM don't have high ceiling except the balcony area.

Thx. PD door does not have thread at the bottom and the design looks better.... But it also means more$$. I also love the stairs... But not sure I will say the same thing when I m in old age. LOL

Wow, your place is very nicely done up and beautiful furnishings.... I wish I could do more on furnishing but my pocket is not so deep, So use had to retort to simple furnishing and use back old furnitures. Btw, Selamat Hari Raya.

Things to be done by this Week: 1. Installation of electrical switches, sockets, ceiling fans and lightings. 2. Installation of wc system and bathroom accessories. 3. Installation of doors and main gate. 4. Installation of windows and grilles. 5. Delivery of oven, dish washer, hood and hob. I don't think my ID can meet my 3 Sept deadline.... Still have staircase, balcony grilles, kitchen cabinet and bar counter.

Hi Jacky, your flat condition is quite similar to mine except mine is slightly better.... and mine have marble flooring for living and dining hall. I think you are going for a massive reno, right? You will probably need to touch every corner of the flat..... A lot of $$$$ to do that lor.... Wish u a successful reno journey Cheers

Day 44 - 30 Aug Updates PROBLEM With laminate wood Staircase Staircase laminate problem. Please help! ID put the laminate wood on staircase but with border at the edges..... I don't like it as it gives one a very uneasy feeling on the feet when walking up and down the stairs? Does anyone have a solution to this problem? Chemical cleaning already completed Painting done Rework for new storeroom in living room completed Bathroom shower screen install PD door for master bathroom installed 90% of work should have been completed by this week.
