I think the problem sometimes is not whether the place is well maintained or not..... It must be to your liking. That's why some people still tear down everything and redesign to their preference

Soon it will reach the $1 million mark for EM. I think u mentioned the Bishan EM sky terrace already hit $1M..... .... And who r these people who r willing to buy EM @ this kind of price? Quite unlikely the uograders from 5 rm. Most probably they r the private property owners who sells off their apt or property during this time. They r the ones who r now CA$H rich.

Having 2 is always better than one. I used the 2nd sink for dripping my wet plates dry before transferring them to my cabinet.

Having read about the purchase of your recess area. I understand this cos I went thru' this hussle too. I only realize that my previous owner did not buy the recess area and I had to buy it from HDB on a different transaction HDB can take 3 months to respond to the application. Got my bank and lawyer to settle the legal document and waited fir HDB to process the sale transaction. The whole process can take 6months.

3 persons would be able to worker faster. Mine took about 3 days inclusive of the high walls and all ceilings. After this, everything should be swee and smooth 

Yes, currently using System 4 left over by previous owner - 3 blowers for 3 rms in 2nd level, 1 blower for utility rm. Wanted to install another compressor for living hall.... But my ID was not helpful and did not apply for Hdb approval. Now that my reno is over, I still intend to apply Hdb approval to aircon my hall.

Have u tried submtting to HDB for approval for 2 compressors?
