Dear ****, We do sincerely regret that the sofa that you purchased from us back in Sept 2008 had started to peel and crack. Full leather sofa does not peel or crack over time but what can happen is the color finish that has been applied may crack and peel. This can usually be repaired, think of it like paint on a wall. Bear in mind that the finish can not be easily repaired in all cases, and that the finishing process may leave scars. Our warranty does not extend to parts or materials other than the structure and we shall not be responsible for any defects arising from fair wear and tear, negligence. Looking at the photo you sent us, repairing the color finish will be too costly. Our Sales Manager will be in touch with you shortly to offer you assistance. We have the same problem, I have called SFA and asked their help.

Thanks for your reply, I just sent them A email Friday(attached invoice and photo), and called the service line, They told me they will call me once they read my Email. This morning I called them again and still the same answer.

I got trouble. I Bought a full leather L shape sofa from FC @furniture mall in 2008 AUG, Sofa arrived home in SEPT 2008, cost me 4.5kSGD. After 2 years the leather started crack and now even worse. when I sit on it, the cracked leather stick on my skin. I asked my friend, he said it's may not be full leather, his full leather sofa lasted 10 year without taking care. Below is photo of my sofa, photo taken 2008sept and Feb this year.
