i bought my sink frm PJ, i think is their inhouse brand so it's cheaper.

hehe.. ya u can go there see lor.. their shop bigger so got more selection there as compare to the other shops along the stretch. that day i choose lights till headache, not because cannot decide which to choose but see so many lights all lighted up then giddy already they will be installing the toiletbowl, basin and showerscreen today and tmr, so the other accessories should also be installed at the same time. have you bought your toilet accessories?

i got my fridge and washing machine from Gain City too but from the MS branch. i find that pricing is cheaper than HN and Best.

yup i got all my lights frm chelsea, total is slightly abv 1K. went to Pan***h, some similar items there are more expensive. my wall around the kitchen entrance also kanna hacked abit when they do the kitchen tiling, now the wall there abit uneven. dunno if can make it even or not, else also look ugly. oh not bad ah.. if now is 27K, plus abit here and there should be still less than 30K ba. hehehe.. ya i reposition the entrance of BR3 so that the room will have more space (make it more square) ermm.. i never see FS for my house. i think FS dun encourage door facing corridor ba.. not sure leh..

hi ladies, the tiling works in my house was completed. my ID managed to tile it higher so that the gap at the door is not wide so no need to put a kerb. latte, maybe you will have to inform your ID about it when doing your floor tiling. The contractor who did my cement screeding also never inform us when he will be doing it then the next thing we knew the cement screeding already done. PJ delivered all the sanitary and kitchen stuffs yesterday. we had to sort them up so that they can start installing all the stuffs tmr. tiling done for balcony, the last part in the house. both my door frames are up. we also went to do our lights shopping yesterday, bought 13 pieces of lights and a wireless door bell from chelsea. we got 5 milo tin lights in different sizes for our kitchen, toilets and svc balcony, 1 hamburger light for HHS, 4 ceiling lights for all the rooms, 1 hanging dining light, 1 hanging balcony light and a floor lamp. they got a wider range of lights and the uncle attended to us is nice, had tried to accomodate to our requests. next to get is paints for our house. any comments about using nippon, ICI or jotun?

i had already went down to submit the form at pioneer mall since going down to the house. anyway now the contractor in charge of the area had changed so i guess also have to go thru TO first.

called them already. the TO ask us to go down and fill up the form. so troublesome! !!

hehehe! ya lor.. so paiseh!! i need to go to pioneer branch office to fill up the defect form again.. got another 2 defect that need to report to them.. hopefully they can get it fix soon.

we also trying to keep below 30K so we remove mostly those items that are of "decorative purpose". ohhh... we never check our balcony floor if it's hollow. we did saw some cracks on the floor but was told that it's ok so we never bother about it.

that time u also remove and add in alot of things for ur reno? ours still maintain about the same, cos we got remove items from the list and add in new items want to add things in so have to sacrifice and remove some things also.

up till now we are also still taking out and adding things to do for our reno. actually quite paiseh that we keep changing our minds. hehehe...

Hi Latte, Hope your rectification is not delayed from the change of contractors. Ya I guess the contractor that doing koikoi's is the new contractor. I not sure if we are going for the barang sales, already got the things we wanted to get from there unless going to see the home accessories. Are you going? The suggestion for having lights behind the mirror sounds good especially with soft yellow lights, then will have a cosy feeling in the toilet. I'll be doing a lightbox above the mirror, like that will be brighter when look into the mirror. Hahaha!! especially for doing makeup lah Heard from my ID that tiling already completed. Next Mon and Tues they will be changing all the pipings and installing my toilets stuffs. Wed to Fri will be painting, aircon installation and lightings. We will also be at our house on Sat late morning, cos the toiletbowls and basin gonna deliver to us at ard 10.30-11am. Can drop by if you are there ya

wah.. to redo the whole toilet cost 3K so exp meh? so will your toilet cabinet be a matching orange with the kitchen ones? hmmm.. i can't remember what colour i choosen for my MBR vanity cabinet leh..

Las *** and California can use if your phone is triband. As long as you got subscribe auto roaming, when you are there just search for their local service provider network. I got no problem when I was at that two places.

lately they alot of sales leh.. this sales quite similar to the moving out sales they had at great world. by the time we go there, alot of the nicer looking ones are sold. hmm.. i never go notice the pricing during non-sales period. see the price tag during sales like cheaper alot leh..

ya putting in toilet also look good. but dunno if such metal material for long will it rust if put in toilet...

Oic! Cos i only saw they got give spa vouchers. i dun wan spa vouchers, later go there for free spa then always kanna psyco to sign up package with them one. odie.. the side of the milo can light is it made of metal? i haven't see it physically yet. i wanna put the milo can in my kitchen

me too. dun think have $$ to revamp that soon. ya if next time got kids then less likely to move to a smaller unit already.. and also by then we'll get so used to the space in EA. oh.. i'm also thinking of getting the milo can lights. can it be found in most of the shops? nearly forgotten also need to buy door bell. hehe!! how come i dun see they state got freebie on their website?
