your and mine the toilet layout different. your's can have bigger shower area cos your shower and door at each end but mine the bi-fold door in the middle of the toilet that's why taking up space unless that time changed to swing door then will have more space lor. we keep adding items in, then now become 30K already

yup yup. next week will be the carpentry already. you also doing showerscreen right? i think for those bigger size ppl the shower area will be very squeezy. can only stand straight and shower. hehehe...

hehe.. ya can turn on just the cove lights when watching tv next time. ya our dining table will be somewhere behind the sofa so can watch tv and eat at the same time.. i got it from chelsea, but i don't have the pricing at the moment. the invoice is with my dad now. let u know after i get it back from my dad k. ya really tiny! especially after the vanity cabinet is up, even more cramp! but the shower area cannot be bigger already cos we got the bi-fold door that will block the showerscreen door, so got limited shower area size.

our WIW looks similar! we also planning to hang a small LCD tv there if we have the budget next time. great minds think alike! and happy birthday to u!!

ya but some very difficult to take pics leh.. especially when it happen to my orh orh tiles thanks, latte! i'm using cool white bulbs for my living room. at first i'm still thinking if just 6 downlights for the living area will it be too dark. but our cove lights at the side are not up yet, so i guess it won't be that bad if i want to turn it on brighter.

the glass in study room is clear glass can see on both sides. too late already.. we didn't realise the mbr shower area so small. can't tell with just the kerb, now showerscreen up then can feel it's cramp lor.. not both shower at the same time lah.. just 1 person already is cramp liao.. hehehe.. ya progressing quite fast but some stuffs they like never do properly lor.. then need to ask him to fix it.

went back to the house just now to pack some stuffs that we had placed in the study room during the wkend. cos they going to start doing the laminate flooring tmr so we thought that it's better we keep our stuffs properly in the storeroom first. meanwhile we also took some pics.. materials for our laminate flooring laminate for our platform bed laminate for all the bedrooms and study room acid wash done on living room floor, now can see the actual colour of our floor tiles. planks of wood for the platform bed are placed against our feature wall. kitchen view from the svc balcony

hehehe... maybe next time we can organise movie outing at jurong point. now i also quite worried about the laminate flooring. huh.. wat insects?

i saw your photo. but that time go your house, i walk on your laminate floor feels ok leh.. maybe i haven't tried walking on those better laminates. but lurgee said that our tiles already up, scared if change to thicker laminates then the floor not even height already.

oh icic.. i didn't know laminate flooring got different thickness leh. he also never tell us got different thickness too. can feel the difference when walking on the floor?

if i got the $$$ maybe might consider on continue business IT. actually till now i still abit regret that time applied at UNSW liao then decide not to continue. they did acid wash yesterday, tmr all the glass stuffs will be here then thurs and friday will be laying the laminate flooring. so far he's ok. maybe we give him problem.. hehehe.. keep adding in things. reno cost increase again!

krisie, wah.. very pei fu to you leh.. i just wash and clean a few windows in the house, arms and shoulder aching already. dun think i can even finish painting a single wall.. hehe..
