  5. hi krisie, there are 4 colours, white, cream, blue and green. i had changed all my tiles for my kitchen and toilet to white and they look not bad from what i know they can only deduct 50cents for each tile if you wan to change to other non-hdb tiles. i guess you can no need to expect him to call u, he is always very busy, you will have to call him instead.

  7. Hi krisie, have you choosen the tiles for your kitchen and toilet? that time the contractor let me see some units in the block that he was doing, to look at how the tiles looked like. so i can decide on the spot which colour i wanted. unless i wanted to top up money to change to better tiles, then he will have to bring me there to select tiles.

  15. Hi Allo! hehe.. my dad is trying to help us to save money ya will check with my ID when to do the painting and wiring. ID told us that the target start date is 21st, but we havent choose our materials yet. don't know if can still make it to start on that date or not. yah.. we will be having false ceilings, so really have to co-ordinate with the ID about the wiring and stuffs like that.
  16. yup sunboi, will post pics here my dad will be helping me to do painting and electrical works for me. does anyone know at which point of time during the renovations to start on the painting or electrical wiring?
