Dear all, I bought a landed property in serangoon garden area and I intend to rebuild it. Anyone knows what kind of piling is required in that area (Brockhampton, Braemar, Blandford area) and what would be the piling cost for land 2800sqft? I would like to know so I can estimate the cost of construction as I have not done the soil test. Thanks in advance.

Hi, I am considering rebuilding too and I have seen this magical figure of 300psf so many times.. Could someone pls let me know what kind of quality can we expect from 300psf? possible to get good marble on living/dining room and timber for 2nd floor and up with this 300psf price? Hi, My ID has suggested a study room layout which is very similar to yours. However, he is charging slightly more than 2k for partitioning the wall alone and it seems expensive to me. Do you mind sharing the cost of building your study room (just the partition and the aluminium frame). Did you guys also explore building partition without the aluminium frame? Do you have any idea what is the market rate for partition wall? Thanks
