Hi All, Has anyone plan to install "Heater Tank" in the Bathroom instead of in the kitchen? (As I only need hot water for shower) I just notice a Pipping layout drawing in my letter box, after looking at it, i think it is possible to install it in the bathroom. Please advice if you had done so or plan to do it. Thank you

Hi Everybody, I thought of removing the bomb shelter door. Can anyone advise is there any problem. Will HDB come and check? Will i get fine? Anyone experience it? Some contractor told me can remove but must keep the door in case next time i want to sold the house have to put it back. But some say that HDB will come and check and if they find out, we will be fine.

Hi meowie49, thanks for the photos. I went there abt 1 or 2 weeks back ard 9pm+ and found that the fencing for blk C had been remove. So i walk to the lobby but all 4 lifts stated out of order. So tried to climb stairs but they have made a door and lock it, so i walk to the carpark to try my luck by trying to open every level of doors that can link to Blk C, what guess what.......??? No, you are wrong. Doors are locked! Anyway since i nearly reach the top level of the carpark so thought of going up to the carpark garden. SIAN AH, also lock! Thought of climbing over the carpark stair and get over the door, but didnt. Cos 2nd thought, tell myself dont fall fall die before i get my keys. :D

Update Repost: Hi All, Just an update. 2weeks back i went to blk79 and have i chance to talk to one of the office people. He told me told me Blk C will start handing over to HDB by July and rest will hand over one by one till last blk about Feb-08. But i'm not sure how long it will take HDB to inspect and release key once they have taken over. The route behind the carpark is about 90% done. Hope to get it soon. I'm still looking for my future from Blk C 19Floor. I got a suggestion, anyone here is a webDesigner? Maybe can create a website/forum for TP blk79 Neighbours and we can Occasionally organise some party on OUR 12Floor Garden in future. If there is, i'll be the first to join.

Hi Bonkitty, havent see the layout yet. But first meeting feels good. Prices wise also look reasonable. Still got to be caution as you know, sale people cannot trust 100%

Last sunday went to Unimax Creative (Opp Blk79) to discuss about the renovation, requested for layout design and quotation, maybe ready to see the design by this weekend. The designer told me that fist batch of release will be on Aug-07, not sure whether true or not. But really hope to get the key soon. Anyone else went to look for ID already? Or i'm the only one that is too kanChiong.
