Really Id?
lifestyle replied to kunning's topic in Renovation Contractors, Interior Designers & Suppliers Reviews
Most ID can do all that you mentioned if they are really trained & have experienced. Well client also waste time seeing & listen your ideas & drawings and whether the ID suite them. Money should be the last thing on professional ID mind. If the job or design is good, it's natural that that ID will have more future business. It's all about 'word of mouth' in this competitive business. You expect potential clients give you the cheque first and then you draw is it? -
Chew Interior Design

You sell at $300 pfr . That's expensive man. What kind of materials? Can post some pics? So which company are you representing? Since you join today and so far your other comments are hard to believe. -
Hi bommarillu Congrat on your key and all the best in your start of reno yr place. Comments is depends on how you like to have your reno done and what is your realistic budget. Are you planning to hack everything out or just make good use some of items? I would (if it was my place ), change the flooring, remove/sell the wooden furnitures and enlarge the kitchen by knocking the walls (seems you are planning to do that). Kitchen cabinets & bedroom wardrobe seems to be in good condition (if you thinking of keeping it), you could salvage it and stain the color to match your theme. Most likely (from picture) the flooring is granite type. Cheers

Yup..it's real beaut They should called it 'o.m.g' ...Also hoping someone can replicate similar design & concept...a great idea.

Totally agree with you bro. That's why for our reno we have many storage areas & cabinets so that items can be organised inside and make the place clean & neat. But sometimes it is difficult when you have a family (kids toys, laundry, etc..)..i'm sure many would agree with me. Maintenance also make it easy to clean next time round.

You are right bro..on second though better not place outside. May consider inside in the foyer.

Why bother waste your time there incase the address in incorrect. If the person is serious it would have post some pics to share rather than no reply for 1.5 months...maybe travelling again -

Hi I'm using the Raindance E150 AIR 3 jet and it's very nice to use and easy to clean. The handle bar is very convenient for kids and adults. Water pressure (on >18th floor) is not too bad on the large circular head....i would say 70% of it's full capacity pressure. The water pressure from the Shower mixer is much much stronger due to smaller diameter water outlet. You could swap the larger head with a medium size and the pressure definitely will be much stronger. From my research 6mths ago, Hansgrohe has much more nicer designs (compares to Grohe) and a few new design just arrived a few months ago.
