Its very common that going to the shop recommend by the ID is defintely more expensive then going alone. It really depends on what you want. I work late alot and therefore , i dont have alot of time to monitor my renovation since its pretty far from my current house im staying. I told my ID very striaght forward, you want to chop me , no problem but better make sure you do a god **** job well for my house renovation , else you wont get your rest of the 10 percent..lolz.
