    I was advised by a kind assistant at SaniQuo (Sims Ave) that the European brands of hobs eg Turbo, Ariston etc are more suitable for cooking with saucers and pans whereas Asian brands like Fujihoh, Rinnai are more suitable for cooking with woks.

    Hi All, does anyone know where can I purchase white Homogenous Floor Tiles? I have been to Soon Bee Huat and found white homogenous tiles there. But I was informed by the staff that the QC is not good and the white tiles tend to 'warp' at the edges. The flooring may feel uneven after tiling. I have also been to Hafary and White Horse but the closest I can get is off-white. The other choice was white compressed marble which is more expensive and my ID informed me the tiling cost will be much higher.

    Do you have an agent? I would refuse to pay commission to the seller's agent. Suggest you check the HDB website for the recent transaction prices. What would be the maximum COV which you will be willing to buy? The seller might not have received any offers at all and I won't be surprised if you receive a phone call from the agent informing you that the seller is keen to accept your offer or ask for slightly more.

    I went to Cellini at IFC to have a look at the offers recently and was 'shabbily dressed'. The Chinese lady could not be bothered with me but the Malay lady by the name of 'Rosie' was very polite and patient in explaining the offers to me. Her service was excellent. Also enjoyed good service from the Cellini outlets at TradeHub21 and Loyang.
