Synapse, Having 2 contractors to do the jobs is normal. This is what IDs do, they conolidate like 3 -4 contractors to do your house. Their job is just to monitor. So, if u are on budget, i guess this is the way to go. But u have visit your house often to make sure they do the right thing.
