Oso happened to find out that we do have sheltered walkway to go back home from the bus-stop (cos i din have umbrella with me) kena abit of rain due to the wind thou.

last few weeks i have tried twice taking that 2 buses to new house to meet up with HDB contractor, and i agree the waiting time is abit long. bus 243W bus came faster, but u got to walk abit further. ya lor... going with the flow. oh ya, ask u ah... did u do grilles for your house?

Regarding when to do pain work, u better check with your ID so that they can plan lighter reno work to do on the few days that your dad is doing the painting. Your reno starting on 21st? Chosen all material, lightings and accessories already?

I have not view any current projects. Perhaps I will request to do so before signing contract with them. I guess I'm too kiasu kiasi bah, thats why oso checking their carpentary workers details. haha... OIC. so meaning the warranty given by these IDs will be from those 3rd party contractors indirectly...

Ermm.. i think so leh. At least for my case, I always pay attention to this factor. Cos I have heard about many reno company outsource to 3rd party contractor to do the work.

I'm thinking if they have their own workers/caprpentary factory, why won't they put it on their namecards or website?? Just wanna hear from Ideal House customers before asking them mah... kekez... My contact there is Mxxxxn.
